WORLD WAR II MEMORIAL
Assistant Project Manager for both design phase and construction phase management of this national memorial which is located at the ease end of the Reflecting Pool on The Mall, between the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument. Pre-construction phase services were extensive and included budgeting and cost estimating, Value Engineering, site planning and logistics, design and constructability reviews, phasing and sequencing development, and cash flow analysis. The fundraising campaign raised more than $150 million.
NATIONAL CHURCH OF GOD
Development Coordinator responsible for the program development in the conversion of an existing 80,000 SF school to the Senior Citizen congregate care facility. Responsible for the coordination with a local developer in defining the Community Development program, liaison with the local politicians and county development officials. Responsible for the development of the project schedule and budget and preparation of the tax credit application for the development.
